We are currently recruiting a SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive specialist school within the BS35 area. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and communication needs.

Your Role:

✅ Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✅ Assist in delivering engaging learning activities tailored to individual needs
✅ Help students develop confidence, independence, and social skills
✅ Support positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation
✅ Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
✅ Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For:

✔ Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals is desirable
✔ A calm, patient, and resilient approach
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
✔ Graduates, support workers, care workers, youth workers, sports coaches, and those with transferable skills are encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
