Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN teacher looking for a new opportunity this September? Veritas Education is proud to be working with a highly regarded special needs school in Merton seeking a Primary SEN Teacher to join their team for the 2025-2026 academic year.

• Supports pupils with a range of needs including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)

  • Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)

• A warm, supportive, and well-resourced environment

• Strong leadership and collaborative team culture

• Full-time position starting September 2025

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with complex needs

• Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

• Encouraging pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience working in an SEN setting, particularly with ASD, MLD, SLD, or SLCN

• A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• A strong understanding of personalised learning and EHCPs
