Why this role is perfect for you:
You'll be joining our dedicated SEN recruitment division, using your first-hand experience to connect exceptional SEN educators with the right special schools. Whether you're already in recruitment or coming straight from education, we offer the tools, training, and support to help you thrive.

What you will be doing:

• Running a 360 recruitment desk focused on SEN schools and provisions
• Building meaningful relationships with school leaders and SEN professionals
• Placing staff into roles where they can truly make a difference
• Using your knowledge of SEN to understand the needs of clients and candidates

What we are looking for:

• SEN experience (e.g. TA, teacher, support staff) ideally in a special school or specialist provision
• Previous recruitment experience (any sector) - or a strong interest in moving into the field
• Confident communicators with a self-starting mind-set
• Someone who understands the challenges and rewards of working in SEN
• Drive to succeed and grow a specialist desk

• Salary: £27K-£35K
• Uncapped commission from day one - no threshold in your first year
