We’re a warm, inclusive SEN primary school in Plymouth, supporting children aged 4–11 with Moderate Learning Difficulties, communication and interaction needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

We’ve been on a powerful journey to become a trauma-informed school, where every child is seen, heard, and supported to thrive. Now, we’re looking for a committed and compassionate Teaching & Pupil Support Assistant to join us full-time and be part of that journey.

• Supporting pupils in their learning and emotional development
• Delivering engaging activities under teacher guidance
• Helping children regulate behaviour using trauma-informed strategies
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff

• Someone who sees the child behind the behaviour
• Calm, resilient, and confident using PACE
• A team player with a passion for inclusive education
• Experience with SEND is a bonus—but heart and commitment matter most
