SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting SEND Specialist Teaching Assistants for a forward-thinking and inclusive Secondary School in Redbridge. These exciting roles sit within the

school's Inclusion Team and involve supporting across core departments including Maths, English, Science, and Languages.

? The Role:

Join a dedicated Inclusion Team while being embedded within key subject departments

Deliver academic support and targeted interventions for pupils with SEND

Assist in the classroom and lead small group or 1:1 sessions as needed

Contribute to pupil progress, confidence, and engagement across the curriculum

Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and pastoral teams

?? Subject Areas:

We're seeking candidates with strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

Maths

English

Science

Languages (e.g., French, Spanish, or other MFL)

? What We're Looking For:

Prior experience supporting students with SEND, ideally in a secondary setting

A strong academic background in your subject area

Adaptability, patience, and a student-centred approach

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Availability for a September start, or Summer Term 2 if you're ready sooner
