Experience & Qualifications

• Prior experience in an SEN or support role is highly desirable, with a preference for candidates who have worked with children with special educational needs


• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning challenges, with the ability to respond effectively to the diverse needs of students


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues


• A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and security of all students
