Are you a passionate and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference? Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming Primary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Hammersmith & Fulham, supporting pupils aged 5-11 with SEMH, ADHD and Autism.

This nurturing school helps children rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning and develop positive relationships in a supportive, structured environment.

The Role:

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups with emotional and behavioural needs

Use positive behaviour strategies and restorative approaches

Help pupils build confidence, resilience and social skills

Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning

What You'll Need:

Experience supporting children with SEMH or SEND (school or care background)

Patience, empathy and strong communication skills

Team Teach or similar training (desirable)

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
