The SEN TA will work closely with classroom teachers to provide tailored support to pupils who require additional guidance. As a SEN TA in Bexley, you will deliver targeted interventions, help pupils regulate their emotions and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning. The SEN TA will also keep accurate records and contribute to review meetings as part of the wider Bexley team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide focused one-to-one and small-group support


• Deliver structured learning and behaviour interventions


• Assist with classroom routines and transitions


• Track progress and maintain accurate records


• Liaise with staff and families in Bexley

Requirements

• Previous experience as a SEN TA or in a similar role


• Adaptive, calm and proactive working style


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Must be available for January 2026
