Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Rate: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning requirements.
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development both inside and outside the classroom.
Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and carers to promote progress and wellbeing.
Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and participation in school life.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with pupils with additional needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow guidance from teachers and SENCOs.
A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed.To Be Eligible, You Must:

Have the Right to Work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the online update service, or be willing to obtain one.
