A well-regarded primary school in Richmond is recruiting a proactive SEN TA to join their inclusion team from January 2026. This SEN TA role in Richmond includes a structured induction before January 2026, with the SEN TA fully in post from January 2026.

The SEN TA will support pupils with additional learning needs, assisting with lesson access, behaviour strategies and emotional support. The SEN TA will work collaboratively across the Richmond school to promote inclusion and progress.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in lessons through adapted tasks and guided support.

• Deliver structured interventions and learning activities.

• Assist with behaviour support and emotional regulation.

• Maintain clear communication with teaching staff and SENCO.

• Support pupils across the Richmond school day.

Person specification

• SEN support experience or relevant training.

• Calm, caring and professional approach.

• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability.

• Available to start January 2026 following induction before January 2026.
