Job Description - SEN Teacher

Secondary Class Teacher - Special Educational Needs

Location: Hastings

Salary: Paid to scale
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours per Week: 32.5
Start Date: September

Reed Education is working with a school in Hastings that is built on the principles of community, social justice, and providing robust support for children with special educational needs. The school fosters a nurturing and inclusive environment, preparing each child for a confident and successful future.

Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Class Teacher for a full-time, on-site position. The school are open to a range of specialisms such as English, Maths, Science, History, and ICT. Responsibilities include lesson planning, delivering high-quality education, effective communication with students and colleagues, and promoting a positive learning environment. The role involves close collaboration with parents, carers, and agencies to ensure the holistic development of our students.
