• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and learning.
• Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support comprehensive student development.
• Continuously monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies and methods as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Employ a diverse range of teaching techniques to maintain high levels of motivation and engagement among students.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching certification.
• Proven experience working with children who have special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
