About the Role: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a dedicated SEND Specialist Teacher to join our team and help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of SEND students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for SEND students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to support their development.
• Provide guidance and support to SEND students, helping them achieve their full potential academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with SEND students in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
