Are you a compassionate and confident SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in an alternative education setting? We're working with a specialist provision in Northampton that offers a nurturing and inclusive environment for young learners aged 11-16 who need tailored support to thrive.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, highly supportive team dedicated to helping students reintegrate into mainstream education or move forward into further learning or employment. The role:
? Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to KS3/KS4 pupils in core subjects (Maths, English, Science)
? Work closely with support staff and senior leaders to track progress and meet EHCP goals
? Foster a safe, supportive classroom environment with clear boundaries and routines
? Encourage reintegration and progression through positive behaviour support and individualised learning plans

What we're looking for:
? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - essential
? Strong understanding of SEN and inclusive education
? Experience teaching in alternative provision, PRU, or SEN settings preferred
? Minimum Grade 4/C in English, Maths and Science
? SEN-specific qualifications (e.g. SENCO Certificate, Patoss AAA) - desirable
