This is a full-time and a permanent role starting in september

This supportive and well-resourced School caters to students aged 7-16 with a range of complex special educational needs. With small class sizes, high staff ratios, and a strong therapeutic focus, the School creates an environment where every child feels understood, respected, and capable of success. • Deliver personalised lessons that align with EHCP outcomes
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning and behavioural needs
• Work collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, and family members
• Support students in developing emotional regulation and resilience
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and development
• Promote a culture of kindness, consistency, and respect
  
  

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK-recognised certification
• Proven track record in SEN education, particularly Autism, SEMH, or ADHD
• Strong behaviour management using restorative, positive strategies
• Knowledge of EHCPs and experience delivering tailored learning plans
• Team player with great communication and a proactive mindset
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and safeguarding best practices
