Outstanding special school seeks an SEN Teacher to deliver tailored learning for pupils with complex learning needs.

A highly regarded college for ages, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning disabilities. The college offers a caring, inclusive environment with personalised pathways, vocational options, and a strong focus on independence and life skills.

About the role:
You will lead a class team to plan and deliver differentiated lessons for Post-16, integrating communication strategies and therapy advice. The role includes supporting academic, vocational, and life-skills learning, ensuring progress against EHCP targets.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:

Create engaging, personalised learning plans
Foster positive behaviour and communication using structured approaches
Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families
Assess and track progress effectivelyRequirements:
The ideal candidate would have:

QTS/QTLS with proven SEN teaching experience
Knowledge of AAC, sensory integration, and structured teaching approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
