Job Description - SEN Teacher

Are you an SEN Teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with Autism (ASD) and moderate to severe learning difficulties?

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Islington, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a range of learning difficulties.

You will deliver highly structured, personalised learning tailored to each child's communication style, sensory needs, and developmental stage-helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external professionals (e.g. SALT, OT)

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with pupils with ASD and/or learning difficulties
Understanding of autism-specific strategies and approaches
A patient, resilient, and nurturing teaching style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Based in or within commuting distance of IslingtonWhat We Offer

£37,000 - £56,000 (Inner London Pay Scale)
