Your Role as an SEN Teacher:

• Provide high-quality, personalized lessons for students with SEND.


• 
  Differentiate lessons and teaching materials to support individual student needs.


• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND.


• Work closely with the SEND team and external agencies to ensure holistic support.


• Encourage students to develop independence and confidence in their learning.

Who We’re Looking For in an SEN Teacher:

✔ Qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
✔ Experience supporting students with SEND, with a strong understanding of inclusive education.
✔ Strong classroom management skills, ensuring a positive learning environment.
✔ Ability to create tailored learning strategies to meet individual student needs.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
