£36,000-£38,000 (actual salary)

We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our community and take on the position of KS2 Teacher (SEN) on a full time, permanent basis. Key responsibilities of the position will be to design and deliver the teaching and learning at KS2 within the school in accordance with the aims of the School and in pursuit of high standards of pupil achievement. You will also assist in the managing and developing of a given class and/or a group of pupils, contribute to an appropriate environment for pupil learning and ensure high levels of engagement with staff, pupils, parents and the wider learning communities.

Woodfield School, part of Henry David Learning Trust, is an innovative and exciting independent special school, supporting children and young people with Autism and associated speech & language, social communication and behavioural difficulties, aged 7 to 19. We provide a fantastic environment for someone looking to reconnect with education and who wants to make a tangible everyday difference to the lives of children.
