Your Role as an SEN Teacher:

🔹 Deliver High-Quality Lessons – Teach engaging and accessible lessons for students with additional learning needs.
🔹 Provide Individualized Support – Develop and implement personalized learning plans.
🔹 Collaborate with Staff and Specialists – Work closely with SENCOs, TAs, and external professionals to support students.
🔹 Support Social and Emotional Development – Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
🔹 Monitor and Assess Progress – Use assessments to track students' achievements and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Or equivalent, with experience in SEN.
✅ Passion for Inclusion – A commitment to supporting students with additional needs.
✅ Strong Adaptability and Patience – Ability to differentiate lessons and provide individualized support.
✅ Excellent Communication Skills – To work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
