Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
🔹 Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students’ needs.
🔹 Foster a positive and structured classroom environment to support social and emotional development.
🔹 Work collaboratively with SEN specialists and support staff to provide holistic education.
🔹 Use creative teaching methods, including assistive technology and hands-on learning.
🔹 Build strong relationships with students, parents, and external support agencies.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified SEN Teacher with QTS or equivalent.
✅ Experience working with students with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
✅ A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to teaching.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
