Your Role as an SEN Teacher:

🔹 Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with a range of SEN needs.
🔹 Create a structured, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.
🔹 Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and support team.
🔹 Use adaptive teaching strategies to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
🔹 Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to provide holistic student support.
🔹 Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✅ Experience working with students with SEN, ideally in a specialist or inclusive setting.
✅ A patient, compassionate, and flexible teaching approach.
✅ Strong knowledge of differentiation strategies and SEN best practices.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
