About the Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will work with students with a wide range of learning needs, including dyslexia, autism, ADHD, and more. You will implement tailored teaching strategies and interventions to ensure that every child can access the curriculum and reach their potential in a supportive, inclusive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing tailored lessons and interventions for students with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum.


• Developing individual learning plans in collaboration with other teachers, teaching assistants, and external professionals.


• Monitoring progress and adjusting teaching methods and interventions to meet the specific needs of each student.

• Supporting the social and emotional development of students with SEN, helping them to build confidence and resilience.


• Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best possible support for students with additional needs.
