Are you a passionate SEN Teacher with expertise in Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)? A highly regarded SEN school in Westminster is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team in April 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist setting that provides tailored support for students with dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and related learning needs.

🔹 Plan and deliver engaging and adaptive lessons tailored to students with SpLD.

🔹 Work closely with therapists, SENCOs, and parents to create and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
🔹 Support students in developing confidence, literacy, numeracy, and independent learning skills.
🔹 Foster a positive and structured learning environment that meets diverse student needs.
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with experience as an SEN Teacher.
✅ Specialism in SpLD (dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, or related learning needs).
✅ Knowledge of structured literacy interventions (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Sounds-Write, or similar approaches).
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support students effectively.
✅ Experience in adaptive teaching methods and assistive technology.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
