Your Role as an SEN Teacher:

🔹 Plan and deliver engaging, adaptive lessons tailored to individual student needs.
🔹 Support students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
🔹 Foster a positive and structured learning environment that promotes confidence and independence.
🔹 Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic student support.
🔹 Implement creative and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences.
🔹 Monitor student progress and provide tailored interventions to support development.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – or relevant SEN teaching experience.
✅ Passion for SEN Education – A genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs.
✅ Experience Working with SEN Pupils – Ideally within a specialist or inclusive setting.
✅ Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills – Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
✅ Patient, Empathetic, and Resilient – A positive approach to overcoming challenges.
✅ Enhanced DBS Check – Or willingness to obtain one.
