Your Role as an SEN Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with SEN.


• Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to meet each student’s needs.


• Use multi-sensory teaching methods to enhance learning.


• Develop individual education plans (IEPs) and assess progress regularly.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified SEN Teacher with QTS or QTLS.


• Experience working with students with SEND, particularly ASD, ADHD, and communication needs.


• Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach.


• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
