Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
🔹 Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
🔹 Support social and emotional development, fostering confidence and independence.
🔹 Work closely with SEN specialists and support staff to create an effective learning environment.
🔹 Use data and assessment strategies to monitor and improve student progress.
🔹 Engage with parents and external agencies to provide holistic support for students.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified SEN Teacher with QTS or equivalent.
✅ A strong passion for inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs.
✅ Excellent differentiation skills to cater to a variety of learning styles.
✅ Strong communication and patience to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
✅ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
