About the Role

We're recruiting for a variety of specialist provisions, including:

Special Schools
Alternative Provision Settings
SEMH Schools
Autism Resource Bases
Specialist Units within Mainstream Schools
You will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Work alongside skilled Teaching Assistants, therapists and multidisciplinary teams.
Support pupils' academic, emotional and social development.
Celebrate every milestone, no matter how big or small.

We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience within SEN is desirable, but a genuine passion for inclusive education is equally valued.
Excellent classroom management and relationship-building skills.
A patient, flexible and positive approach.
A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential.
ECTs with a passion for SEN are encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
