My name is Luke and I am currently looking for a compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in East Grinstead. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with special educational needs, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN

• Assist teachers in delivering adapted lessons that meet individual learning needs

• Encourage positive behaviour and support students' emotional regulation

• Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN

• A caring, patient, and flexible approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Full UK driving licence preferred (school may not be easily accessible by public transport)

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
