• Provide one-to-one support and group support within the classroom, adapting to the needs of students with varying special educational requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance the learning and development of students.
• Monitor and support the progress of students, providing feedback and assistance to ensure they achieve their full potential.
• Utilise appropriate resources to provide effective support.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all students.

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within an SEN setting.
• Understanding of the educational needs and challenges faced by students in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A patient, caring, and professional demeanor.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
