We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has solid experience supporting SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Global Delay, MLD, SLD, etc.)

Brings patience, empathy, and a positive attitude every day

Can confidently support learning 1:1 and in small groups

Uses initiative and works well with teachers and SENCOs

Is reliable, committed, and able to start ASAP
