We are working with a welcoming and well-established SEND school in Sale who are seeking experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex additional needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are confident, patient and passionate about making a real difference in a specialist setting.

The role will involve:

Supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, SEMH, PMLD and complex needs

Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual EHCPs

Assisting with personal care and sensory regulation where required

Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver consistent support

To be considered, you must have:

Previous experience working in a SEND setting in the UK (essential)

A calm, resilient and nurturing approach

Confidence managing behaviour and supporting emotional regulation

A genuine commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs
