Strong understanding of individual EHCPs and how to implement them effectively Skilled in providing personalised, one-to-one and small-group support tailored to each pupil's needs Uses a calm, consistent approach to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour Adapts learning activities and resources to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners Communicates clearly and professionally with teachers, therapists, families, and external professionals Supports the development of independence, confidence, and life skills, not just academic progress
