A specialist SEND school in Royston is looking for a resilient, compassionate Teaching Assistant ready to make a genuine impact from day one. The Role:

1:1 and small group SEND support

Supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, and associated conditions

Assisting with personalised learning and behaviour strategies

Promoting independence, regulation, and social development

Full-time, term-time opportunity

Experience working with children or young people (SEND desirable)

Calm, adaptable, and proactive approach

Strong relationship-building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
