The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
• An understanding of current educational practices and classroom support strategies
• Awareness of working within a multicultural environment
• Understanding of equal opportunities and inclusive classroom practice
• Knowledge of, or willingness to engage with, extended school programmes
