If you have proven experience supporting children or adults with Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, behavioural needs or non‑verbal communication, we want to hear from you.

You will be providing 1:1 support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

* Autism (ASC)

* ADHD

* Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)

* Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

* Behavioural and SEMH needs

* Non‑verbal communication support

* Sensory and routine‑based support

Your role will involve building trust, creating structure, and helping pupils access learning in a calm, nurturing and consistent way.

* Proven experience supporting SEN pupils or adults

* Experience with Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, SEMH or non‑verbal needs

* Strong communication and de‑escalation skills

* A patient, resilient and compassionate approach

* A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
