Cover People are looking for a caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs at a welcoming primary school in Trafford.

✨ The role:

Delivering 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting learning, behaviour and emotional regulation
Building positive relationships with pupils
Working alongside teachers and the SENCO

We’re looking for:

✅ Previous SEND or school-based experience
✅ A patient, calm and proactive approach
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
