SEN Teaching Assistant - ARP Room Lead
£120 per day | Full-Time | September Start | 8:30am - 4:00pm

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a highly regarded and inclusive primary school in Camden seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to take on a Room Lead position within their Additional Resource Provision (ARP) from September.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and proactive SEN professional who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment.

The Role

Lead and support the day-to-day running of the ARP classroom.
Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals.
Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism and communication difficulties.
Deliver targeted interventions and structured learning activities.
Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to reviews, assessments, and planning.The Ideal Candidate

Previous Early Years experience is essential.
Significant experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
Experience working with pupils with Autism and complex needs.
Confident leading small groups and supporting colleagues within the provision.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
Passionate about inclusive education and making a difference to children's lives.What's on Offer?

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Working hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm.
