SEN Teaching Assistant Needed in Berkshire!

We're looking for compassionate, committed individuals to support children with special educational needs (SEN) across a range of schools in the Berkshire area. At the heart of what we do are the values of kindness, inclusion, and respect - do these resonate with you?

The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils across various Key Stages access and engage with their education. Each day will be different - you'll support students with their learning, promote confidence and independence, and adapt to meet their individual needs.

You'll work closely with class teachers and other support staff to help pupils stay on track, take initiative in the classroom, and reach their potential. This role requires someone who is patient, resilient, and proactive.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with SEN, additional needs, or disabilities

• Confidence in working with children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, MLD, SpLD, or other learning barriers

• Familiarity with communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, or BSL is highly desirable

• A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a positive impact
