Protocol Education is recruiting caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in schools across Doncaster. Whether you have previous SEN experience or a background in care, support work, youth work, or education, we want to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with children who require additional support and positively influence their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
Deliver tailored interventions on a 1:1 or small group basis
Encourage engagement and participation in lessons
Support personal, social, and emotional development
Liaise effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents where required
