B31 - 1:1 Complex Needs Personal Care Assistant Required

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable 1:1 Personal Care Assistant to support an individual with complex needs in the B31 area.

Role includes:

Providing 1:1 personal care and support.
Assisting with daily living activities.
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Following individual care plans and maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements:

Experience supporting people with complex needs is preferred.
Caring, patient, and dependable nature.
Good communication skills.
Relevant care qualifications are an advantage but not essential, depending on experience.
