SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Warrington

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a friendly primary school in Warrington from September.

This SEN Teaching Assistant role involves supporting children with a range of additional needs, providing one-to-one support and delivering targeted interventions throughout the school day. The school is looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who can build strong relationships and help pupils thrive.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Warrington, you will:

Support pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Adapt learning activities to suit individual needs
Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Work alongside teachers and the SENCO to monitor progressThe ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

Previous SEND experience within education or care
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
