Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Protocol Education is working with a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Rotherham who are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities. You will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop confidence, and reach their full potential.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
Build positive relationships with students and staff
Support emotional, social, and academic development
Implement individual learning and behaviour support plans
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not required
