We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Perry Barr, Birmingham, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from October 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or a candidate with proven experience supporting pupils with SEN within a secondary school environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop confidence, and achieve positive outcomes both academically and socially. About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support, including those with a range of special educational needs and additional learning barriers. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported. The role is full-time and has the potential to continue on a long-term basis for the right candidate.
