Role Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position at a welcoming primary school in Bromley


• Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively


• Assist in adapting learning materials and classroom activities to meet the needs of individual students


• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment


• Support students with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges


• Encourage independence, confidence, and social development in children

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting


• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) or willingness to undertake training


• Enhanced DBS check required
