Qualifications & Requirements:

? Relevant Experience - Minimum of 6 months working with children with SEN needs

? Educational Background - Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

? Knowledge of SEN Strategies - Familiarity with EHCPs, 1:1 intervention, and differentiation techniques

? Behavioural Support Skills - Ability to manage challenging behaviours and provide emotional guidance

? Safeguarding & Compliance - Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check

? Strong Communication & Adaptability - Ability to liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and external support staff
