Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–10:30 & 14:00–16:30

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate SEN Transport Driver / SEN Escort to support the daily transport of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role involves safely driving pupils to school in the morning and returning them home in the afternoon, ensuring a calm and supportive environment throughout each journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Morning school runs: pick-up and drop-off between 08:00–10:30
• Afternoon school runs: pick-up and drop-off between 14:00–16:30
• Provide a safe, caring, and structured journey for SEN pupils
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or adults with additional needs
• Full UK driving licence with 0 points
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, dependable, and committed to pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
