The Role – SENCO

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and knowledgeable SENCO to join our supportive team from September 2025. As SENCO, you will lead on all aspects of SEND provision across the school, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive education. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the school’s inclusive practices, ensuring that all pupils are able to access a broad and balanced curriculum.
