SENCO – South London (Croydon) – MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance – Full-Time – September 2025 – Inclusive Primary School (Ages 4–11)

Key Details:

  • SENCO – based in South London, Croydon

  • SENCO – position commencing September 2025

  • SENCO – full-time leadership role (non-class-based)

  • SENCO – paid to scale (MPS/UPS) plus SEN allowance (Outer London)

  • SENCO – role in a mainstream primary setting (ages 4–11)

  • SENCO – QTS required; NASENCO qualification preferred (or willingness to undertake)

The Role – SENCO

We’re working on behalf of a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Croydon seeking a dedicated SENCO to lead on special educational needs from September 2025. This is a key position within the school’s leadership team, responsible for coordinating effective support for pupils with a wide range of needs. The successful candidate will play a central role in identifying needs early, implementing EHCPs, and liaising with staff, families, and external professionals. A strong knowledge of SEND practices and statutory requirements is essential, along with a compassionate and proactive approach.
