Your Role as an SENCO:

• 
  Lead the SEND team, ensuring high-quality provision and support for all students with SEND.


• Develop and implement strategies and interventions to support students’ learning and progress.


• 
  Monitor and review individual education plans (IEPs) to ensure the needs of students with SEND are met effectively.


• Work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive and holistic support for students.


• Lead and deliver CPD sessions, ensuring all staff are equipped to meet the needs of SEND students.

Who We’re Looking For in an SENCO:

✔ Qualified SENCO with significant experience in leading SEND provision.
✔ Leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing and supporting a SEND team.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, students, and parents.

✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
